No, we never ask for your credit card with the Hobby plan! Instead of a free trial, we offer a Free-Forever plan, letting you start tracking in 30 seconds without needing a card. When you're ready to upgrade, all purchases are securely handled through Stripe.
Yes, we send email notifications for purchases and plan renewals. You can always check your usage and invoices in the Billing tab. If you are purchasing litlyx's plans for a company, you can also add a Billing Address in Settings under the Billing section.
We'll notify you via email when you've reached 50%, 90%, and exceeded your plan limits. If you exceed the limit and don't upgrade to a higher plan, tracking for the project will pause until renewal. However, we offer a 1-week buffer, during which we continue collecting analytics while awaiting your upgrade.
The current billing month restarts from your new billing date, and all usage resets to zero. You'll receive an email notification.
Billing applies to a single project, which can have unlimited domains. When you upgrade, the billing is tied to that specific project. If you have multiple projects, each will have its own separate billing. Usage is calculated per project, not at the master account level.
Send us an email at help@litlyx.com with your Stripe-associated email, project name, and project ID where the plan was mistakenly activated by you. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current month. We bill monthly, not annually, so you can downgrade to the Hobby plan anytime and no fees are asked by us with no questions asked!
