In practice, Litlyx is even more privacy-friendly than standard server logs. Server logs typically expose IP addresses and detailed request information. Litlyx never stores IP addresses and never exposes any form of personal or identifiable visitor data.
Data stays in European cloud infrastructure
All tracked data is stored securely, encrypted, and hosted on servers powered by 100 percent renewable energy in Nuremberg, Germany. The infrastructure is provided by Hetzner, a European hosting company that follows some of the highest privacy and security standards in the industry.
Because all data is processed and stored within the European Union, it falls under the protection of strict EU data protection laws, including the GDPR. This ensures that website data remains protected by some of the strongest privacy regulations in the world and is never transferred to jurisdictions with weaker safeguards.

Data collection at the minimum
Litlyx Analytics follows a strict data minimization approach. We track only the essential metrics needed to understand website performance and nothing more.
Most analytics tools on the market, including platforms like Google Analytics, collect hundreds of metrics across dozens of reports. This level of data collection is unnecessary for most website owners and increases privacy risks without adding real value.
Every metric collected by Litlyx is designed to deliver clear, actionable insights without compromising visitor privacy. The goal of Litlyx Analytics is to help you understand overall website trends, not to track individual visitors.
Privacy is treated as a fundamental right. Litlyx never tracks personal data and never attempts to identify users. Every insight is generated from fully aggregated, anonymous data, allowing you to make informed decisions without compromising visitor privacy.
No cross tracking
Litlyx does not track people across devices, websites, apps, or days. All data is processed at the single device level, fully isolated to one website, and limited strictly to a single day.
There is no way to know whether the same visitor returns on another day, uses another device, or browses other websites. This is intentional. It eliminates cross device tracking, cross site tracking, and long term behavioral profiling.
Each visit is processed independently, with no persistent identifiers, no historical tracking, and no user level linking over time. Every day starts with a clean slate by design.
Full ownership of your website data
With Litlyx Analytics, you always stay in full control of your data. When using the hosted service, your analytics are stored securely in the cloud, but full ownership always remains with you.
You can export or permanently delete all collected data at any time. There are no lock ins, no hidden restrictions, and no barriers that prevent you from maintaining complete control over your website analytics.
Your data is never shared, sold, or sent
Litlyx does not share, sell, or transfer your website data to advertising companies or third parties. Your analytics data is never monetized, mined, or used for personal or behavioral profiling.
